Our standard fees are always inclusive of the basic formalities required in order to maintain the Company we have incorporated on your behalf "in good standing" according to the laws and rules of the jurisdiction where its Registered Office is located.

But if the incorporation was done in jurisdiction where accounting is important, like the United Kingdom or Switzerland, for example, several additional services can be required, according to your type of operations like :

  • An European Community VAT Registration Number if you intend to do three-way commerce inside the E.C.
  • Employment Contracts, Payment of wages, Registration of employees with the local National Insurance Services
  • Invoicing, Contracts, etc... in Spanish and/or French
